What the fee never depends on
The price is the price
- It does not depend on any refund, on what a worksheet estimates, or on anything U.S. Customs and Border Protection pays.
- It does not depend on how many claims you file, how many worksheets you create or how many matches you accept.
- It is never a percentage, a commission or a fee per claim, and nothing is payable out of a refund.
- Nothing is paid to or by any customs broker for sending work to DrawbackIQ.

Questions about billing
What do I get?
The whole product: CSV upload of your import and export records, matching with a reason and warnings on every proposal, your own allocation rule, reviewed acceptance and worksheets. There are no tiers and no usage limits tied to claims or refunds.
Who pays, and who is billed?
The organization. One subscription covers every user in it. The invoice goes to the account owner.
What happens when the trial ends?
The card you gave at the start is charged for the plan you chose, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel in one click from the billing page, with no email needed.
What if I cancel, or a payment fails?
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. If a payment fails you keep full access for 7 days while it is retried. Without an active subscription you can still sign in, see billing, download your existing data and worksheets, and delete your account. You can always take your data with you.
Do you charge tax?
Prices exclude taxes. We do not currently charge sales tax or GST/HST to U.S. business customers. The seller is Buckshot Digital Sales Inc., Ontario, Canada.
Do you take a share of refunds, or charge per claim?
No. Never. The fee is a fixed software price and does not depend on any refund, worksheet or claim. Costs outside DrawbackIQ, such as a bond, are paid to your surety, not to us.
